That’s why we are happy to offer a refund/change policy.

However we also have race logistics and equipment deadlines to meet. We will offer refunds according to the below policies and NO exceptions will be made.

REFUND:

All cancellation and refund requests must be postmarked by August 1, 2017.

There is a $45 processing fee for this service. Online fees are non-refundable.

After August 1st, no refunds will be processed regardless of the reason, without exception, no matter the circumstance.

MILITARY DEPLOYMENT REFUND:

Active duty military members who are unable to participate because they are unexpectedly deployed may receive a refund. To qualify you must submit a copy of your official military orders along with this form by no later than August 31, 2017.

There is a $15 processing fee for this service.

After August 31st, no refunds will be processed regardless of the reason, without exception, no matter the circumstance.

TRANSFERS:

All transfer requests (to next year’s race or to another participant) must be postmarked by August 31, 2017.

There is a $25 processing fee for this service.

After August 31th, no transfers will be processed regardless of the reason, without exception, no matter the circumstance.

DISTANCE CHANGES:

Distance change requests must be postmarked by August 31, 2017.

There is a $25 processing fee for distance changes.
You will also be required to pay any increase of fee as a result of the change, based on whatever the race fee is at the time you request the change. If the change results in a lower fee, there will be no refund of the difference.

After August 31st, no distance changes will be processed regardless of the reason, without exception, no matter the circumstance.
