Event Parking
There are almost 30,000 parking spaces in the downtown area within walking distance to the event site. Lots range from $8 - $15/day. Parking rates will apply to all participants and spectators.
For Saturday Only - The parking structure at the Hilton Bayfront is offering a special rate of $12/day for Saturday in their parking garage. DO NOT PARK HERE SUNDAY as You WILL be caught up in a traffic jam.- Park in one of the Lots around Petco Park
Metered parking is available at Embarcadero Park South and Embarcadero Park North. Meters are enforced from 10am - 8pm with a maximum time of 3 hours. Exit from both locations may be delayed as the event does cross over the entrance/exit of both of those parks.
Sunday Parking - Best Options
There are 3 parking lots that have been identified as available for Sunday morning. and offer an easy walk to the venue.
Hilton Bayfront Parking Garage ($15) - On Race Morning It is Best to arrive at this location from the south for less traffic and waiting. From the 15 Fwy take for Cesar E Chavez Pkwy, from the exit continue west to Harbor Drive. Turn right on Harbor Dr. Follow Harbor to our detour on the right across the street from the parking garage, follow signs to parking garage. This lot can also be accessed southbound Harbor Dr. (enter off of Park Blvd.) Mention you are with the Rock the Bay Triathlon to get $15 rate.*Not suitable for vehicles with roof-top bike racks!
Ace Parking Lot ($15) - Enter this surface lot from Convention Way off Park Blvd, behind the convention.center. Roof-top bike racks ok.
Convention Center Parking Garage ($20) - Located off Harbor Dr. Between 1st Ave and 5th Ave. *Not suitable for vehicles with roof-top bike racks!
