RELAYS

Your runner gets two runs! The Runner waits for the swimmer at your Swim Transition Cone, where you will exchange the timing Chip. The runner will then run to the Bike Transition area, where they will exchange the Timing chip with the cyclist. When the cyclist returns the Runner will again get the chip and proceed onto the run.
